I have tried to use the app, but it simply does not recognize my number or email address. Useless app. Being such a small company in comparison to some of the other carriers, one would think that it would strive to give excellent service to gain customers rather than risking losing them.

Keep getting emails saying I have to update my SIM card. But the instructions do NOT work. And no one responds to my requests for help.Addendum I finally got someone on the phone. She was professional, courteous, clear and concise. Her instructions were exactly correct. But, what is the purpose of putting bad instructions on the website. I downloaded the app, but my credentials will not let me log in. I am deleting the app.

Credo Mobile is an ethical brand with great coverage for phone service unlike the major large corporations that only care about profit.

Confirmed with Credo Mobile that they currently do not have an app, so this one is most likely a scam/fraud. Credo should make more effort to have this removed from the app store and/or at least make it very clear that they do not have an official app.
