Description
Quickly request service for any CSC ServiceWorks (formerly Coinmach or Mac-Gray) laundry, air (branded AIR-serv or XactAir), and other equipment nationwide. No account required. Service requests allow us to rapidly dispatch technicians, accelerating repair times so equipment works when you and others need it.

• Use your phone’s camera to scan the barcode of the equipment License Plate sticker
• Or, type in the License Plate
• Pick from preset problem descriptions for the equipment you’re reporting
• Optionally, choose to receive email or text messages about the status of the request
Use this app to submit a service request for any equipment with a CSC ServiceWorks License Plate sticker. Please note, if you are using a CSCPay Mobile or CSC GO laundry room, consider using the CSCPay Mobile or CSC GO mobile apps to report service.

As dysfunctional as their machines
Once a machine has been reported broken you can’t report it again, so if the repair people are taking their sweet time getting to it you just have to sit tight and hope they’re on it at all. For the longest time I couldn’t even report issues because this system recognized my dryer as a washer… and no my dryer didn’t have any overflow problems… just a disgrace is what this company is
Terrible company
Offer no customer service. Steals my money and doesn’t do anything about it. Super cheap and slow pay station. I paid the station then it went off wifi for an half hour and ate my money. So I tried again, and it ate my money and went offline again.
Washers also smells like rotten eggs..
Terrible
Will only process one refund request at a time, and takes forever to do it, but every time I do laundry I lose $ on at least one machine. Ridiculous but no one cares because only poor people have to use these things.
