This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer. Simply use Laundryvalue to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

My condo just switched to the service and it seems pretty good so far. Would appreciate the possibility of seeing when washer or dryer isn’t in use and available. But even more so, could you please add live activity functionality to the app so that we can view the remaining time for each machine that we are using from our home screen or dynamic island? This would be a simple but great feature to add for those who use an iPhone. Please!!

We have 3 washers and 3 dryers on our floor. The app only allows you to use 2 of each. When you try to use the third, it gives you a message that it can’t locate the machine. I thought it was just me, until I found out my neighbors were experiencing the same thing. That’s the downside. The upside is that the machines seem to wash well and wash a bigger load than our previous machines.

Would give zero stars if I could. A recent update has added not just in-app ads but a FULL-SCREEN pop up ad after paying for laundry. This behavior is unacceptable. I am unfortunately unable to vote with my wallet and stop using this service because it is what the machines in our building use. If you are evaluating laundry choices for your building, look elsewhere. Instead of allowing multiple devices to be signed into an account or fixing a long-standing issue with machine timers in the app not updating to reflect the real state of the machine, the company has forced its developers to implement ads.

I like that we do not have to have cash on hand before that would be a problem even if you did have cash sometimes the machine would not take it. Also it’s convenient that the app shows you once the cycle ends. I think the only thing that would make this better is to add to know if machines are in use or not instead of having to go physically to the laundry room
