CleanPay Mobile is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use CleanPay Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

Why do I have to keep logging back in?
So far this app has been great. It’s made the mundane task of doing laundry that much less sucky. I can load money onto the app right for my phone, start the machines right for my phone while not having to worry about losing some kind of a card, and it tells me when the washers and dryer‘s are done so I never have to worry about forgetting to/setting a timer.
However, why do I have to log back into the app constantly? Just add a stay logged in option or even allow s user to log in with Apple Face ID. So far this is my only issue.

Exquisitely Terrible, Non-Functioning App
Leaving this review for any building managers considering switching their washers over to Hercules’ bluetooth-enabled washers/dryers + app: This system just doesnt work and is an overall massive downgrade. The app has a hard time connecting to bluetooth, even if your bluetooth is on, which means you might not be able to turn the washer on after you load it. If your credit card expired, since you now pay through the app, it wont tell you it needs a new one, it will just say “FAILED” repeatedly without telling your residents why. It has baffling error messages and seems to have an incredibly hard time communicating with washers & dryers, even in the best of times (when the bluetooth connects!). If you uninstall the app and reinstall it, just to give these idiots a chance to make it up to you, nothing will change, but you will have spent an extra 15 minutes trying to do your laundry. In other words, it makes something very simple extremely complicated at best, and totally impossible at worst. In addition to not being a technology business, Hercules is also not a customer service business, which means your building managers will be the one dealing with all your mad residents, not them. So please save everyone the agony and stick to the good old washers and dryers with buttons that actual humans press to turn on.

Hello CarmelElise, we just released a new version that should fix a lot of the issues you were having. Can you please update and let us know. The new version (v1.2.9) makes it much easier to change your credit-card information and other bug fixes.
1. My management put the laundry room in the basement so there’s already lack of service to begin from that. 2. The app won’t even pick up the correct location for your laundry room making washing clothes turn into 2hr+ ordeal back and fourth mess. 3. The app doesn't even work for 98% of Iphone users. 4. Customer service is horrible as well. If you lose the card out of luck according to the packet you received the card in smh it’s a joke. 6. The system is extremely flawed. Most of the time we can’t even wash of our clothes because the app will not connect to the washes or dryers at all. It loads the money with no problem to the online account but when it’s time to actually use the washes the app malfunctions and can’t find machines or your proper laundry room location. This app and laundry system is just a waste of time and I honestly believe now its just a scam to collect personal information. It’s extremely frustrating and I can only imagine how the elderly or disabled are feeling/dealing with this system and app.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
