I like how some of the very negative reviews sound clearly like competitors. Or, they’re total idiots. Update your firmware on the cameras, adjust your settings and the system works amazing. Pictures download fast with priority setting. Customer service has always been great.

Filters Won’t Reset, Very Clunky

While the app overall is okay, it is frustrating that filters won’t reset. I like to filter by camera from time to time, however when I turn all the cameras back on to filter into the main feed, they won’t appear which forces me to go to the CAMP website to view pictures. I have also noticed that not all of the pictures come to the app. If I want to see literally every picture, I have to login to CAMP. On the whole, the app feels very clunky and not as intuitive as it could be. I’ve updated all firmware and the app is on the most recent version, but issues still persist. I’ve heavily considered switching to Tactacam just due to an overall poor app experience with the Cuddeback app.

While the app overall is okay, it is frustrating that filters won’t reset. Once I figured out I needed to update my cameras to Gen3 I was less disappointed in the app changes. Now that I’ve updated the firmware, I have the same controls I had before and deleting unwanted pic is much easier. I would like to see the app have the ability to rotate/zoom pics automatically when turning the phone to from portrait to landscape.

What they advertise and sell us on, they don’t provide. Pictures are grainy/mediocre at best. The app is no faster than receiving photos by email which is oftentimes 8-10 hours after the photos have been snapped, and worse - their new app??? Half of it (like TRENDS ) is non-functional and their customer service gets snippy when you ask about when it’ll be corrected. HORRIBLE. If it wasn’t for the fact I have purchased and operate 14 of their units on my hunting lease, I’d trash them all for a system and company that appreciates their customers.
