It had an error when trying to add the 50% off reward. I had to click on the item in the cart and I had a un click an item and then click re-click an item and then re-save it and then the 50% off coupon was finally able to apply so it’s a little buggy, but Minor error.

As of Wed, October 8, 2025, the Cupbop App works great. It’s easy to use on iPhone, it’s fairly straightforward with ordering and pricing. It offers pickup and delivery. I got 50% off coupon when downloading, that worked fine. Used Apple Pay. No complaints.

I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location. I called the store to cancel the order and to help me get my money back, they said they couldn’t do anything on their end. I sent 3 emails to get a refund for my $30 order, I got one email back saying that my email would be sent to the person who could help me. I haven’t gotten any word back since. It has been 7 weeks and no refund, bad customer service and support.

I go to cupbop all the time on my break, so it’s very nice having the app to put orders in ahead of time! The app works very well. The only thing I wish is that you could put in multiple discounts at one time.
We update the app regularly to make it shinier!
Keep it updated to take advantage of the latest features and improvements.
