Love the progress and change to the look, feel and efficiency of the new CW app. Mobile banking is so much improved now that it fits my needs. With 16 accounts for family and charitable trust having all accounts linked is so nice. No more overdraft charges from using or in my case not seeing a little used account or balance. All right here. No more being a victimized consumer or customer. When I saw “move money” instead of transfer, I thought to myself, big deal but when I actually used the new process, it blew me away. Very EZ. The app is useful and I m grateful for that. However there is an ongoing issue with the drop down menu in the app where the app force closes instead of allowing me to access the drop down menu normally found when you touch the three bars in the top right corner. I have asked a representative via phone call to the bank to submit a ticket to I.T. to have the issue corrected. However the issue has continued and gone unaddressed by the Credit Union’s I.T. Department. We will see if a review concerning the matter encourages action.

I’ve been looking under the hood with this version, and this is so much better. I like how intuitive this is and how I can get to information quickly. The only problem I’m seeing is the automatic transfer didn’t happen, so I deleted it and rebuilt it.

This app is completely worthless. You would think after logging in and adding my credentials - basically confirming who I am, I’d have access to all my accounts that are linked to my account. Nope. I have to add in each credit card individually just to manage it - when it’s already on my account through the bank. I have to give my account number IN THE APP every time I pay my car loan THROUGH THE APP. DUH!!! It’s attached to my account - why do I have to add it in just to make a payment on the account I’M LOGGED INTO!?? It’s DUMB.
