SensorSafe is a fusion of smart technology and smart design: a unique child monitoring system that ensures the safety and health of your child is always your first priority. The SensorSafe clip attached to the harness system, keeping you informed of the safety and health of your seated child at all times. SensorSafe provides essential alerts to help prevent critical situations: when your child is left unattended in the car, if they unbuckle the clip themselves, when the ambient temperature of your vehicle is too hot or too cold, and if your little one has been seated for too long. All alerts are received via Bluetooth directly to your smartphone through the CYBEX app that also provides guidance on installation, how-to videos, FAQs and more.

Download the app to unlock the Rocking function – enabling you to set the e-Priam to rock back and forth automatically. Miscellaneous fixes and improvements.

Temperature warning isn’t accurate.

The temperature warning goes off constantly even when the car is cooled. It is too sensitive. My family didn’t migrate over to the new app. It shows as if it’s a new account.

Frustrated

Great products- faulty new app- let us give them time to address the problems.

I attempted to connect my phone to the sensor safe clip yesterday. The new app gives me nothing but errors and it can’t find the clip.

My husband, using a Google phone, was able to connect using the old app. It appears this new app isn’t on Google yet.

The problem is my iPhone will not allow me to use the old app. When I click connect in the old app, it opens up the App Store for this new app.

I did have a taste of the great technology since it worked on my husband‘s phone, but since I will also be driving the baby, it is important that we are able to connect using either phone.

I understand that new apps may have glitches, but I ask that we get those glitches fixed ASAP.

I did call customer service this morning. The person I spoke with seems not to have been told there was even a new app (not her fault). She was directed to have me fill out a support form in the new app, but she had to download the app herself in order to help me find the form (again, not her fault.)

I am hoping the glitches get worked out before my baby comes in a few weeks. I will update my review once the company has had time to address the concerns with the new app. I am hoping my review will help draw attention to the errors with the app.

Full of false alarms

Connected to the clip easily, but when my husband connected then the clip kept going off saying we left our daughter in the car. His phone went off then mine then his. 20 times in a row. He deleted the app and it works for me. The problem is when we get in the car, the alarm says it’s too hot (it is too hot bc it’s summertime). However the clip doesn’t readjust it’s temperature as the car cools down. We have fuel air in our van and I sit in the back with my daughter so I know it is getting cooler in the back. I was really looking forward to this feature so I can monitor her temperature when I am driving her around town. Please fix these issues so your product works like I imagined it would.
