Great app

The app is so quick to alert! It really is amazing, being a busy parent sometimes you forget things and the app does a great job at keeping your baby safe

App needs work

The Cybex product is nice, I have a sensor safe car seat which I appreciate. However, though connecting the device to my phone isn’t an issue, it is infuriating that I have to re sign in to my account in the app when I get alerts. This means every time I hop into the car with my baby I have to double check that I’m signed in in the app so I can acknowledge an alert. For something we paid good money for this is a frustrating experience in the app. You can see in many other reviews that this is a common issue.

As a note to Cybex- I see comments on reviews pointing out this issue acting like you’re gathering details on it- how about fixing the issue in the app in development rather than trying to manage PR and acting like you’re addressing the issue after the app is released? Was there no QA on the app when it was developed? Have you tested your products???

Frustrated

Great products- faulty new app- let us give them time to address the problems.

I attempted to connect my phone to the sensor safe clip yesterday. The new app gives me nothing but errors and it can’t find the clip.

My husband, using a Google phone, was able to connect using the old app. It appears this new app isn’t on Google yet.

The problem is my iPhone will not allow me to use the old app. When I click connect in the old app, it opens up the App Store for this new app.

I did have a taste of the great technology since it worked on my husband‘s phone, but since I will also be driving the baby, it is important that we are able to connect using either phone.

I understand that new apps may have glitches, but I ask that we get those glitches fixed ASAP.

I did call customer service this morning. The person I spoke with seems not to have been told there was even a new app (not her fault). She was directed to have me fill out a support form in the new app, but she had to download the app herself in order to help me find the form (again, not her fault.)

I am hoping the glitches get worked out before my baby comes in a few weeks. I will update my review once the company has had time to address the concerns with the new app. I am hoping my review will help draw attention to the errors with the app.
