Usa el app de Dame Un Bite para recoger (pick-up) de cualquiera de las tiendas participantes o para pedir delivery de DUB Shop o tu restaurante favorito.

¿Cómo lo haces?

1. Selecciona si quieres delivery o pick up.
2. Pon tu pin (o la dirección donde se entregará la orden).
3. Selecciona el comercio que quieras.
4. Ve el listado de productos de esa tienda o menú de ese restaurante.
5. Revisa la orden, escoge el método de pago (tarjeta de crédito o ATH Móvil).
6. Confirma tu orden y ¡sigue al driver cuando vaya de camino a entregarte la orden!

How do you use it?

1. Select if you want delivery or pick up.
2. Put your pin (or the address where the order will be delivered).
3. Select the business you want.
4. View the list of products from that store or menu from that restaurant.
5. Review the order, choose the payment method (credit card or ATH Móvil).
6. Confirm your order and follow the driver when he is on his way to deliver the order!

Notifications nightmare

The in-app setting to disable notifications doesn’t work. So every freaking day I get push notifications with promotions. Disabling notifications via iPhone system settings is the only way to stop them, but then I don’t get notifications when my order status updates. So I’ve just deleted this and am calling restaurants directly or using other delivery apps.

Needs major improvements

I really want to support local businesses and tech companies, but this app needs major improvements. Delivery takes too long (which is frustrating because this app is pricier than other food couriers). I wouldn’t mind if we could at least have a map detailing where the driver is, like Uber Eats does.

It’s been over an hour since I ordered some essentials and there hasn’t been a single update; the driver hasn’t even picked up my purchase and I can’t contact them. I tried canceling the order, but it won’t allow me because “pickup already started.” It would’ve taken me less time to actually order a ride, go to the store, and get a ride back.

I won’t be using this app again soon unless they fix these issues, which is a shame because I want to support this business.

Technical issues but good local app

I don’t mind paying for a local food delivery service a little bit more than other services. However, the time gap since you make the payment until the business accept the order is between 15-20 minutes. This needs to be fixed.
