Great concept and UI. Can’t create a new request without taking a photo. Would like to see a list menu of new requests types but that’s not an option that appears. Map view is not optimized for mobile and menu takes up more than half of the top screen. “View recent requests” list stuck with a spinner and never loads.

I like the idea of being able to submit a request for DC Services online but this app needs some serious tweaking. First there is not fingerprint access. Next, it requires you to fill in all your contact data for each request even though you have a completed profile, which is ridiculous and wastes time. The App also does not save all of your service requests in your history section like the original app which requires you to have to track it separately to be able to follow up on your issues. Additionally, the reported comments from DC Service Reps rarely show up explaining what actions were taken and why closed with no apparent action. And last but not least, some of the services available for reporting under the original app were removed from this newest version. i.e. being able to report overgrown yards in vacant houses. Hopefully changes will be made to improve this app.

The chat function doesn’t work at all. Categories for service request are not complete. The app is pretty useless. Still ended up having to call 311 because what I’ve needed is not available on the app.

The app is a good interface to submit new 311 requests. Unfortunately, it crashes every time you try to open a request you have already submitted, rendering it useless.
