Description
DCI Mobile EVV app provides a mobile time management and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
solution for providers and agencies that are subscribed to our web based system. This user
friendly app helps agencies:
- Allow employee to enter time using true clock in/out functionality
- Meet EVV requirements by providing visit verification using geo-location
- Transportation management function
**Please note that transportation function utilize background location services which can drain
battery life**
This application requires access to the following phone capabilities in order to function properly:
- Location -> Needed for geo-location EVV
- Notifications -> Needed to notify user when messages are received
- Camera -> Needed for various picture and video functions
- Microphone -> Needed for various talk functions

Im Stuck :(
I can’t figure out what the Eg: number is? The tutorial has showed me how to do everything else, but this. I’m so confused! I put in my employee ID # thinking that would work, but it didn’t work at all. I don’t know what it’s asking and I’m stuck and can’t get into my account to put in my hours. I’ve just been doing it through my laptop, but would really like to access this through my phone on this app since that’s what they want me to use.
Absolute garbage app
Does not remember you or your password and you’ll have to input it every time either by scrolling through your saved passwords or by typing it out. It will log you out every randomly even with the app open and running. You are unable to access any of the apps menu while clocked in. When opening the app it will pause your music and even end your GPS directions. It will not connect to the server unless you have two bars of 5G or more and even then it’s questionable as it doesn’t load properly. It will say you started a transportation but upon reopening the app it never actually registered the start of the transportation also adding a add notes page does not make it a CLS form. Also clocking out just to clock back in under respite is redundant either let us change it upon clock out or let our supervisor adjust it as the app doesn’t work as it should and you’re sitting there for 10mins trying to clock back in
DCI App is GARBAGE
The desktop version is no better. When I try to log in using the provided instructions (which were not received until after Jan. 1) I get a message saying app usage blocked. When attempting to enter hours on the desktop version, my punches show as "Unvalidated" and my employer can't approve them, nor can either one of us edit them. The platform works nothing like the training videos, I wouldn't waste your time watching them. Thanks Acumen and DCI for taking a terrible system and making it worse... Can we just just go back to the fax days? Or snail mail? Or carrier pigeon? I think pigeons would probably be more efficient and less of a headache.
Update: After about 90min the "Unvalidated" punches finally turned to "pending" and were able to be verified and approved, but not until after my employer and I were up until 1am trying to figure out what's what.

Hello, we are sorry that your agency did not seem to send you timely instructions. The reason you can only use 1 environment & not the other is to prevent fraud that the government is requiring all agencies to use EVV by 1/1/19 called the 21st Century Cures Act. If you choose which environment you can work best from then do that and have your agencys call center unblock you from the other. Then, either environment will work.
