Im Stuck :(
I can’t figure out what the Eg: number is? The tutorial has showed me how to do everything else, but this. I’m so confused! I put in my employee ID # thinking that would work, but it didn’t work at all. I don’t know what it’s asking and I’m stuck and can’t get into my account to put in my hours. I’ve just been doing it through my laptop, but would really like to access this through my phone on this app since that’s what they want me to use.
While Clocked In - Can’t look at any other feature
For IT /developers: It would be helpful if when clocked in you could still look at other features/ areas/ or dashboard of the app. If I need to look at any other info (i.e. how many hours I’ve worked...or what’s pending or unverified...etc I will have to clock out of my shift to see this. Also would be great if it could remember login. Annoying to have to type it in each time we login and logout! Especially when it is ‘checked’ to remember login!!! And it’s a LONG login name that we are required to use!!! Frustrating for daily users. This seems like a basic thing…Also—Dang the font is SUPER small — what an 8? Lots and lots of white space NOT being used onscreen — there is ROOM to make text bigger! Even my local credit union bank app is easier to see and use! And THEY save my login information!
I have read through most of the reviews and a lot of what people are complaining about, has nothing to do with the app and everything to do with their employers set up of the system. My employer took time to train all of us from the help center on the dci desk top version. This was very very helpful to see just how to use it properly. Most error messages are there because the employers need to set up the clients for me or update their plan dates for me. I would recommend calling your managers for help before thinking it’s just the app. I hope this helps all of you!
