Very convenient!

I love that this property is up with technology as far as paying rent. Other places would only accept check or money orders. So Thank You, for making this so much easier !

Living at the reserve aka The Mickey Mouse house

I have lived at the reserve for 9 months and have had a horrible experience living here! They never call me back and when I have talked to management they seem like they have attitudes always . I have had mouse issues twice which have been horrible I had to go out and spend my money for mouse traps the first night I saw mouse because they won’t send emergency after hours for that type of issue!! And then they came to repair the holes were the mouse is coming in from there were four holes and they decided to repair two instead of all 4 holes when I asked them to repair all four the guy argued back that it was unnecessary to patch the other two holes cause that’s not were they are coming from. I had a stair that was falling off to get to my apartment a complete hazard I called and left message never got a call back regarding Issue I had to call back once again to get the issue fixed which was days later thank god I didn’t die . I had a issue with my carbon bondioxide alarm and they took “days” to give me and then just left my new one at front door instead of coming in and putting it on the dang wall. My parking spot is literallly the worst it’s right in front of the maintenance/gardening tool closet the workers constantly sit in my parking spot all the time and chill I have to wait for them to get out before parking rude!!! It’s just been a complete joke living here I def am questioning renewing my lease in January.

The Bridge at Walnut Creek

I love the location of my apartment. I can walk into down town. I also love that everything in it was brand new. We have a beautiful pool and a beautiful B-B-Q area.

The parking is terrible. Beyond terrible. I have one spot and there is absolutely zero parking for guests. That is the situation all along Creekside Drive. I have to warn people that they may have to park on Main Street if the come over.

When I looked at my place I was told that the garbage dumpster area I over looked was being moved. I have been here for almost two years and instead of moving it, a new gate was installed. Actually making almost more aesthetically displeasing.

I really like the office staff. But corporate Decron seems unwilling to work with their tenants.
