App is useless

I downloaded this app to pay my bill. I had to call customer service, which was great by way, because The app didn’t show the amount increase due to a change that I had made to my policy.

Finally! Yayyy!

Thanks Donegal for updating and fixing your app. The app. seems to be working so far. I have an iphone. The only thing I see that would make it perfect for me is to have an email confirmation after payment is made.

Blank Screen

Tried to show proof of insurance, opened the app, and it’s just a blank white screen. Updated app, and it’s still just a blank white screen. I understand that Donegal is more of a budget friendly insurance company, but how difficult is it to have a basic insurance card as an app?
