This app feels old and everything is slow and outdated. The interface is slow and buggy while some parts of the app don’t even work properly. It gets what needs to be done, but the entire makeup makes me want to stop using it. I think we need a complete revamp, but don’t make it too complicated on us. Just make it simple, easy, and fast. Login, do what you need, and log out. Nothing more simple than that. Emphasis on fast by the way, no buggy navigating through lists.
Having trouble with mobile deposits now that I have an iPhone XR
I think the app might need a bug fix and update for the iPhone XR. I tried to look up a solution or setting change on my end to try to fix the problem I’m having but have found nothing. When I try to do a mobile deposit, as soon as I try to take pictures of my check, the camera opens but blurs out the view and says “Fullscreen is required.” But I don’t have fullscreen turned off or anything so I’m not sure why it’s telling me that. And then it won’t allow me to properly take a photo of the check for it to be processed. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with our mobile deposit service. We updated our mobile app earlier this year which should allow you to perform Mobile Deposits again on your iPhone XR.

Can’t deposit on iPhone X
I used to be able to deposit on my old phone but the camera is all blurry and won’t accept the pictures it takes. Please fix this!
