Secure Chat Support:
Enjoy the convenience of chatting with a customer service agent without having to place a call. Simply click on the "Chat" icon in Mobile Banking to get started. Please note that the chat feature may not be available at all times.

Online Statements:
View or download copies of your Online Statements within Mobile Banking.

Send Money with Zelle®:
With Zelle® and First National Bank, you can use Online Banking or one of the region's top mobile apps* FNB Direct, to quickly and easily send and receive money.

Advanced Biometric Security:
Securely and conveniently log in with Touch ID (iPhone 5s or later) or Face ID (iPhone X or later).

View Check Images & Running Balances:
You can view the front and back of checks that have cleared your account in addition to seeing your running account balance.

Make Deposits:
Deposit your check quickly and easily by using the app to take a picture of the front and back of your check; simply enter your deposit information, center the check and we’ll take the picture for you.

CardGuardTM:
Now you have the convenience and peace of mind to manage your debit card via our mobile banking service. Control where and how your FNB debit card can be used by enabling or disabling your card, setting spending limits by dollar amount, restricting card usage at certain merchant categories, or limiting card usage to specific geographic locations.

Instant Balances:
Need your balances quickly? Set up Instant Balances and just touch the Instant Balance icon on the app login page to view your designated balances without logging in.

Make Payments:
Pay a friend for lunch with Zelle® or pay your monthly bills conveniently from your mobile device.

Actionable Alerts:
Customize alerts and notifications to stay on top of account activity in near real-time.

Account Information:
View up-to-date information about your FNB accounts, including pending transactions.

Poorly designed app

How do you make an app that doesn’t fit on an IPhone screen. The services tab that was added covers up your login information As the app is routinely not working, wouldn’t you make sure that the website works correctly. Logging in online faults out, calling is even a higher joke. I know it’s Pennsylvania, but c’mon, they have better apps in Transylvania.

FNB mobile app

I thought after using the new app for a while that I would get used to it but so far I like the old app better. Also on my mobile device the information at the bottom of the log on screen blocks half of the password I need to type in. That is somewhat of a hassle. Otherwise the new app seems to be fine for what I need. I am just now finding out that when I try to send the review I need to enter a nickname. I’ve tried two nicknames and they are both taken apparently. I really do not have the time to mess with stuff like this.

Frustrating and annoying to use

This app is incredibly frustrating especially when you are trying to talk to customer service through the chat feature they have. You have to wait until the person is ready and then get halfway through getting the issue resolved only for the app to completely close out and you have to start the whole process over! At first I thought I was just forgetful and would exit out but after the third time of waiting in queue writing and rewriting my issues and then suddenly having the screen close out on me I realized it’s a glitch with the app. A really annoying one.
