Great way to save recordings to iPhone.

Very simple to use. Just connect to the wifi hotspot (it creates its own wifi network) and open the app. The wifi SSID and password are on the device and can be changed in the options. Wifi has to be turned on on the device each time you use it, which is only the push of a button. Great camera (DP200) and great software.

App broke my dash cam!

I’ve had my dash cam for nearly two years. Never had any issues with it until recently, coincidentally when I decided to install the app and connect it to my DrivePro. Suddenly my dash cam will not save setting changes and it will not reliably connect to the BS WiFi that this dash cam uses. I can connect once, but then the next time I get failures across the board.

We apologize for the problem you encountered, Could you please try to "Reset" the DrivePro. Go to "Settings"-> "Restore Default" on your DrivePro. Also please provide the following information. 1. Playback

Can’t get video to play through phone, nothing shows in storage.

First, please connect to Internet to download your photos from iCloud.
Second, if the download is completed, please change back to WiFi of your DrivePro dashcam.
Finally, check the situation again.
