Completely worthless
I’ve been enrolled in the Mileage Choice program for three and a half months. This app does not show that I have taken any trips in that time. (I’ve gone several hundred miles in the car with the reporting device installed.) I can see my current miles when I log into my account via a web browser. But this app shows absolutely nothing. I’m not sure who gave this app a 3-star rating, but it must’ve been the developer. Nobody who has used it seems to get any results from it at all.
App won’t log in
I’ve used this app for a few years with no major issues. The current version simply won’t log in. I enter my credentials, tap sign in, it spins for a moment and does nothing. Reinstalling the app doesn’t work.
This is absolutely ridiculous because I’m less than a week away from being hit with a “late fee” for my true-up odometer reading, which I can’t submit because the app doesn’t work. What recourse do I have? It feels like extortion, either by the app developer or by the state.
Horrible app - won’t even let me login
The app won’t even let me login and says I need to verify my email address and login - but there’s not prompt, button or anything to do that. And it doesn’t email me a verification either. I’m suspecting calling customer service on Monday is going to be awful with long wait times too. Ugh. I should’ve just opted for the full $27/year payment.
