Great app but has a problem
Great app but it sometimes won’t let me select a room in IOS. Also maybe add a map so I might choose a location from the location on a map. So many of the cities I need to cross reference to find the location on a map because I don’t know where the city is in relationship to where I will be. Worth the extra work because Drury Inn is worth the drive.
Gets by but needs significant enhancement s
App provides the basics to book a reservation. But the app lacks a lot of functionality. Too many to list here - but one HUGE one is that you can't even see the hotel address or phone number and as such there is no way to copy/paste the address. Major fail. (And NO tapping on directions is insufficient - i may want to give the address to someone else or paste it into Google maps)
There isn't even any way to send feedback within the app either - ever option on the menu takes you to a way to call someone. NO.
Tip: research hotels and locations some other way - then come to the app to book the reservations.

Hi, JustAPaulD! We wanted you to be one of the first to know that we released a complete redesign of the app today. You can now choose your destination and search for hotels near you, by ZIP code or by city. It includes our refreshed branding and everything you need to book a reservation, including photos of each hotel. We hope you enjoy it!
Would definitely recommend
Excellent!! Hotel room and bathroom are very clean. Great price. Warm and friendly employees. Manager and staff are very accommodating and make sure you are happy. They took the time to talk to many guests dinning in the hotel. Allowed us to check in early. Free Shuttle to Universal Studios and driver was very nice. Free breakfast and dinner are really nice and food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
