Your screenshots are a diary in a dumb format. Addresses, codes, receipts, the thing you swore you’d remember.
DumpPixels reads the text on-device. You edit it. You save a local note. You confirm, and the screenshot goes to Recently Deleted. The note stays — searchable even when the image would be flaky to find (iCloud-only, optimized, not on this device).
This is not “better screenshot search.” Searching full-pixel screenshots often fails when the asset isn’t local. A tiny editable note is the reliable find.

Empty Recently Deleted in the Photos app if you want the space now, or wait 30 days.
If iCloud Photos is on, a delete applies to every device in that library. Nothing is uploaded. OCR is on-device.
DumpPixels does not auto-delete. It does not rewrite your text with “AI summary.” It is not a video cleaner.
