What’s New
Version 305
- After a new trading activity some orders and positions were shown in an expanded mode on Portfolio Screen. This behaviour has been fixed - all the positions and orders are shown in collapsed mode.
- Touch ID/Face ID was sometimes not requested from a user on launching the application. Now Touch ID is offered by default. PIN code can be entered in case the user cancels Touch ID/Face ID.
- It was not possible to place Protection Orders due to disabled Send button as all input fields were incorrect but not highlighted as errors. This is now fixed.
- Fixed an issue when an unhandled inline validation error appeared due to price increment validation. Now an error should be clear for the user.
Ratings and Reviews
logging in every few minutes?
The website is good to trade on but absolutely not on the app. One VERY important thing that I’m sure everyone needs to point out is that having to log back in every few minutes is very inconvenient. This must be fixed as soon as possible.
Please improve your charts
The charting features on this app are a joke. Tons of people are you going to start using this platform for prop accounts, myself included. So please if anyone is seeing this update your platform to have a better chart view for trading in the vertical view. As it is currently the chart is tiny up at the top and doesn’t zoom well or have much visible detail. This will make it substantially harder to quickly enter trades quickly live. Also is there an option for one-click trading on the app? Not currently seeing that either. Just my thoughts, I hope they make some major improvements.
Not Even Close
This is not a professional product. Well, maybe it is.. If I could log in with the credentials that get me into my account on the web app I could give a more informed review. But, as others have said, it’s not working. Compared to MT5 it’s like… feeling great vs having ebola. The web app does seem decent, but you have to realize that a large number of users are being forced into this now expecting the quality of the MT5 iOS app. suddenly the only option is a desktop web app. it’s a sour taste.
