We really appreciate you taking the time to offer both kind words and thoughtful feedback—it helps us improve.We'd love to provide more details regarding syncing the data from the Flask with the app. When the Echo Flask is paired with the app and both are left idle overnight, they can lose connection. In some cases, the app won’t automatically reconnect to the Flask until a hydrogen cycle is manually started — once the cycle begins, the app detects the Flask and reconnects. As for syncing with Apple Health, we do have the ability to sync with Apple Health. However, the Apple Health app isn't set up to track hydrogen as they don't have a widget that will store that data. The information that will sync between the two apps is the water intake, which would need to be manually entered into the Echo Water app by tapping 'Add Water' on the home screen. If you've already connected the Echo Water app with Apple Health Kit through the integrations link, you'll also need to turn on permissions in the Apple Health Kit side. To do so, open Apple Health and navigate to your Profile (tap your initials in the upper right of the screen). Select Apps, then Echo Water, and ensure that the data is toggled on. You'll then want to "pin" the water health widget so that it's visible on the dashboard. Our customer service team is available for additional questions you may have! We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble keeping your Echo Flask connected to the Echo Water App—connection issues can definitely be frustrating, and we’d love to help clarify what might be happening.Unlike traditional Bluetooth devices like AirPods that pair directly with your phone, your Echo Flask connects specifically through the Echo Water App. If the app isn’t open or running in the background, the Flask may display as “Not Paired” with a white Bluetooth icon. Once you open the app and are logged in, it should automatically reconnect and show as paired again.In some cases, if the Flask and app are left idle overnight, the connection may be lost. The app may not immediately reconnect until a hydrogen cycle is manually started—this action prompts the app to detect the device and re-establish the connection.
