Exercise during pregnancy works wonders for both you and your baby.
If you are pregnant, it is important to keep moving. Pregnant women who get enough exercise have less back pain and more energy. Post-deliver you will return faster to your pre-pregnancy shape.
The app contains exercises suitable for pregnant women.
The exercises are done at home by using dumbbells, a body band (dynaband, or resistance band) and an exercise ball (Swiss ball).
Even as a beginner you can perform each exercise in this app.
Strengthen your body for pregnancy and beyond with these safe exercises you can most likely do right up until the day you deliver. As long as you take the necessary precautions and use good technique (meaning slow, controlled movements), weight training is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles. Building strength during pregnancy will help prepare you for all the baby lifting you'll be doing soon!

Simply needs more info
It’s a cute app, but already I’m finding very often that it’ll give you a workout to do but does not explain how to do it, so I’m confused and making my own moves for it or having to google how to do the exercise. Having the info typed in for all moves, more photo examples, or even having a short animation demonstration would make this app much more beneficial and awesome

Only app that got me out of bed and into the living room working out because it’s so simple.
Not horrible, but not for me
I did not like reading the directions of the workouts. I wish it was a short video or some more intuitive. However, the app was only a one time fee of $6 which is way cheaper than everything else that’s out there. Idk I guess you get what you pay for.
