Limited information
First of all I happy to have such online shops in Kurdistan but it need to be better because it has many defects like: most of the products showing by only one picture which is no enough we have to see in all sides and also we can’t zoom the picture we have to see the products more clearly in order to decide to buy it
Also you doesn’t right any details about the products only limited information right which is also not enough to make feel sure and decide to buy.
Worse company, lack of credibility and professionalism
I used this place one time only, I was told they deliver my product in 4 days. When the order never delivered I checked and found my order was cancelled later, without any communication. When I followed up, I was accused by not responding my phone when they tried to call me, which is not true!
