Description
Elspet application is a general version control client for our company's smart home hardware products in the whole house smart scene, and it is an operating platform for users to control and manage smart devices. Can’t connect. No way to get any help from anyone.
Trying to connect my new litter box app and it won’t connect. It keeps saying change my Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz. There’s no way to change the gigahertz. Why should I have to change from 5G. Your app should be able to connect with 5G, because it is very common to have 5G.
Tried to get help, and of course, there is no way to get help from a human being at all. This should not be so difficult.
Works once you understand it
Not much to say here the app does what it is supposed to do, however, there is no manual or anything to explain all the features. The cat litter indicator specifically threw me off for a little bit. It did not make any sense, however, tech support mentioned it had to do a reset every time I cleared the bin and that would reset the indicator.
Elswhere box
Look as much as we can appreciate moving forward with technological development, you’re still better off just using a outside litter box. This dumb machine has woken me up in the middle of the night with its excessive beeping, constantly gets stuck, the foam blockers get lost in the crap and doesnt function properly, pee leaks out, and so all in all it’s gotten very aggravating. Also keep in mind that all this does is scoop the litter. So now, I’ve been disiplined enough to scoop it up myself every day and somehow it’s an easier process.
