Still have log-in issues
After initial bugs, app is running smoothly and does transfers well but has the occasional issues with logging into the wallet which can be frustrating when needed immediately.
Difficultly with the App
To login into the app n open my wallet is very frustrating most times cuz u have to be trying repeatedly before being successful furthermore throughout today that I wrote this review I had been trying to make a transfer from my wallet to an account but not successful they telling me each time to try later. I plead with you to do more work on this app in order to make it more efficiently n seamless please!
Heist going on in Central Bank of Nigeria
I have a failed transfer of xxx,xxx naira and it’s been three days since I have been calling you guys to reverse the failed transfer, and yet no remedy. This is not the first time it’s happening either and you guys failed to do the right thing. I need that money for hospital bills and if I don’t get it I will be filing a lawsuit against you people. It seems there is a heist going on in CBN where they are stealing people’s money through this ENaira app via failed transfers.
