The Entrust Identity mobile application is the new Entrust mobile platform for delivering strong identity credentials to both employee and consumer users. With this version of the application, users will continue to benefit from the authentication and transaction verification capabilities that replace hardware tokens, while adding advanced password reset capabilities for employee use cases.
One Application, Multiple Uses
The Entrust Identity application allows you to create identities and activate unique one time passcode soft token applications for use with different organizations that use the Entrust Identity IAM platforms for strong authentication.
Protect yourself when initiating any type of online transaction such as account login, financial transactions, etc by receiving confirmation of your transactions right to your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, one time passcode to complete the transaction.
Manage Employee Passwords
When password reset and unlock management becomes a burden for an IT department, allowing employees to manage their passwords right from this mobile application improves the experience for everyone. Employees will use the same strong credential they would when managing passwords through web portals to simplify the process – without compromising security.

One of the worst out there
The app very rarely EVER checks for transactions and you can’t make it do so. Even push notifications will not force the app to check for transactions — unless the app wasn’t running in the background first.
This app gets wrong what so many other identity providers have been doing for years now...
Used to be great
Just rolled out an update with “bug fixes” and new user experience.
App no longer refreshes upon opening and now requires that you manually refresh. App frequently (almost always) freezes after a few minutes and requires restart and relogin to resume function on IOS version. Now requires more clicks for the same functionality.
Overall a major downgrade in user experience with what was previously a well functioning app with no bugs or freezes in my experience.
Countdown timer doesn’t start at 30 seconds
With this new version, the countdown timer doesn’t always start at 30 seconds - sometimes I open the app and the passcode has 5 seconds left, so I have to wait for a new one. Fix this please.
And, the new design is still boring and lame. What was wrong with the flip cards?
