The apps is fine though but lacks more advancements. The world technology has moved passed this fidelity apps levels at the moment. So I will advice you guys upgrade your apps to facial recognition. Earlier the highest level was thumb prints but now highest is facial recognition. So I wish I can open my apps without typing as my phone don’t use thump print anymore thank you.

What is actually wrong with the current app? For years I have been using this phone do almost all transactions. Suddenly today I am being asked to upgrade. The upgrade is not opening up at the App Store. My fear is that it may ask me to upgrade the phone and force me to buy another phone. Are you people conspiring with phone companies to force your customers’ hands? Why would you fix something that is not broken if there is nothing there for you? Please leave me where I am, I de taste any upgrade that will make me to buy another. I have powerful computers that are doing more for me. The phone is just for my communication and limited bank transfers.

I don’t understand those people that are given reviews on this app,now they upgraded the app and it started given people issue ,it won’t even allow you to transfer or login at a time ,make them no go beat person for market ,I can’t be coming to the bank every time just bcos I want to make some little transfer please do something about it

I have been using the Fidelity mobile banking app for over five years and counting, and I have never been disappointed. I initiate transaction from any part of the world without sweat. My account is secure and my business partners promptly receive transfers made to them through my Fidelity mobile banking app. I will want to encourage the staff and management of Fidelity bank pox to keep up the good work.
