Worst choice ! I have sent money before through this company in person but less . I sent a lot this time and they didn’t give my family the money ! Claimed they needed me to upload my ID AGAIN! I had already spoke with customer service they said everything was okay and they shouldn’t have a probably getting the money so my family went and they said “we don’t have enough money it’s too early” so my family waited then they were told “we can’t give you the money” so I called customer service and they claimed I never called or ever spoke to anyone!!! So I had to cancel the transaction because everything was so sketchy & i still haven’t received my money I have to go to my bank ! So unprofessional!!! ¡La peor opción! He enviado dinero antes a través de esta empresa en persona, pero menos. ¡Envié mucho esta vez y no le dieron el dinero a mi familia! ¡Afirmó que necesitaban que subiera mi identificación OTRA VEZ! Ya había hablado con el servicio de atención al cliente, dijeron que todo estaba bien y que probablemente no deberían tenerlo, así que mi familia fue y dijeron "no tenemos suficiente dinero, es muy temprano", así que mi familia esperó y luego les dijeron "no podemos darte el dinero", ¡así que llamé al servicio de atención al cliente y dijeron que nunca llamé ni hablé con nadie! Y no me ayudaron tube que cancelar y voy a tener Que ir a mi banco Porque no me an regresado el dinero! ¡¡¡Tan poco profesional!!!

The 500 pesos from pony is not like they say on tv! They have a lottery where just few people win each month! Horrible customer service! I called to see how much they charge to send the money and they wouldn’t say, even after I gave them almost all my info! They wanted to know either my credit/debit card number before giving me the quote. Also on their website FAQ, it gives many warnings that if people call you asking for money, it’s a scam and I have never had that problem before when I send my money from other companies, I just don’t feel safe to give my info to company that hides facts that other companies give right away or even have that info already provided to you
