EPAY Systems Mobile Punch Application allows BlueforceTM Customers to utilize Apple iPhonesTM for collecting Time and Attendance. The Mobile Application provides the following list of features:
Employee Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks
Supervisor Employee Group Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks
Capture GPS Coordinates at time of Clock In\Out for verification of location *Optimized to 10 meters accuracy
Employee punches will be recorded in Blueforce and marked as “Un-Authorized” if the GPS location is outside of the acceptable distance from the work site *Distance is client configurable
Integrated with Blueforce™ TLM System Time card and Timesheet module
Location based (GPS) Dropdown list selections for Work Group (Site), Task, and Work Ticket – selections are filtered based on current GPS location.
Works in offline mode in cases where GPS and Cellular Services are unavailable
Ability to enter free from comments along with the punches
Search feature for Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket.
Ability to collect additional punch details at Clock-Out *Questions to be asked are client configurable.
Ability for supervisor’s to Clock In\Out employees by Scanning Bar/QR code representing Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket.
Employee PTO requests with ability to view pending request status and PTO balances
Ability for Supervisors and Employee’s to Allocate Hours to different Task and/or Work ticket from worked hours.

There needs to be a way to see if you are clocked in or not. There are times where I clock in and forget if I was clocked in or not. Also multiple times where I clock in once and it shows I clocked in twice, and then sometimes I clock in and it says I clocked out.

I don’t understand how an app from 2021 could still be this outdated with features like this? The quality of this app feels like a virus every single time I open it. The software & design functions are as if it was built for an iPhone 4’s program compatibility. If this app was created to calculate pay based off of hours you punch in/out... then those who are forced to use this app to click in/out for work, need to be given access & have the right to view the exact data that your app reports to the agency in order to determine their paychecks. If it is to hard for you to provide a feature where employees can view the hours from both previous and upcoming schedules...then maybe take the app down completely. It’s misleading, slow, frustrating and irresponsible to use.

I am forced to use this app for work. It is a barely developed pile of hot garbage, on the off chance you actually get it to work. Having to go to a separate website that’s not even epay to see your times and figure your hours is a joke and makes the app completely redundant. It looks like it was developed on a Commodore 64. The only reason any company would use this is it must be next to nothing cost wise on their end.

Reason why i clock in just fine the company sees it ok ..but.. when i clock out .. it doesnt show on their end i clocked out and the gps location be jumping locations where i never been thru to clock out .. this app needs better improvement if companies use this for an actual base machine at their jobs to punch in and out it will give alot of issues for their employees if theyre phone acts up if theres no signal to send punch times
