The USDA APHIS PPQ's Electronic Trap Recording & Accounting Program (eTRAP) Data Collector is a survey tool to allow for data collection only, it is not a full mobile version of eTRAP. This application allows for interfacing with the eTRAP database by both internal employees and external cooperators and contractors who have a valid USDA eAuthentication ID and password.
