Worth the money

I tried this car wash out initially thinking I would just get it washed once in awhile. It actually is better than just going through a drive through wash. They wash it first and will use the brush in specific spots if you ask them to then you drive through the wash and it gets hand dried! There have been a couple times I feel like the towels are dirty because the windows get a little streaky but overall it is worth the membership!
I only wish you could add another vehicle for less than they offer. I drive different vehicles but wouldn’t want to pay for 2 memberships even at the second vehicle discount it doesn’t make sense to pay that much

Incompetent Customer Service Rep Jenny

Wrote to them bc I used the app TWICE to cancel service for the winter season, like I was told that I could do from the reps at the carwash place. I reached out (emailed) yesterday to customer after I tried twice and it was still taking money out of my account! Rep Jenny says that they would not refund my money bc I did not call in. I am calling in now, bc I tried to use the app, like I was told too.. she also commented that she didnt see where I reached out! She must be remedial bc I told her I used the app and NOW I am reaching out bc it did not work!!! I also responded…what do you mean I did not reach out!! I CALLED AND SPOKED WITH A REP YESTERDAY!!!! He told me then that in order to freeze the account I had to call and ask which is totally different from what the carwash people told me. From the carwash reps I was told that I can change it through the app! I told her…That’s ok.. I will handle you all myself.. Evidently there is no communication between you all, the reps and the actual establishments!

So yesterday I recieved an email of cancellation.. Fine with me… my bank credited my account… they need to make sure that alllll reps, carwash workers too, know their OWN policies and procedures!

Worth the money

My car unfortunately is not kept in a garage so there are times when I go out in the morning and take one look at the car and know I need to hit the car wash. I don’t have to worry about going to the bank first and I always have ones to leave for those that towel dry my car. So I go when I need to go which may be twice a week or more but since it’s paid for I don’t worry about it. I pull up the app on my phone and that’s all there is to it. They spray wash it before they ever send the car thru, if they notice a twig or excess leaves stuck under the windshield ledge they pull them out or hose them out. If something got on my car they hose it until it’s off. The people who dry the car are always nice and don’t rush thru it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the people who work there.
