Remote Key Fob**
Take control. With your key fob on your smartphone, you’re always in command. Remotely start, stop, lock and unlock your vehicle. Or even activate the horn and lights to help you spot it.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check in. Check the status of certain vehicle systems and schedule service with your participating dealer without leaving the app. Monitor Fuel level, oil life and tire pressure. Schedule service and check the status of your appointment.

Finally fixed the Watch app and it now works like it used to!

The Apple Watch app hadn’t worked for me the last several versions. I thought it was maybe just my watch since the iPhone app works fine. Just updated my phone to IOS 13 and also got a new watch but the Watch app still didn’t work! When I press the remote start or lock/unlock buttons it acted like it was going to work but then nothing.
I then did a little research and found that others had the same problem and the solution was to leave the iPhone app running in the background but that only worked sometimes.
I am now happy to report that they have fixed the Watch app and it works great again. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with a Cadillac OnStar vehicle. I use it almost daily and have it as a quick access button on my watch face. Now if they could just fix how long it takes to unlock!

Very UNHAPPY GM customer

I’ve had a Cadillac for the last 20 years and I’ve never been so disappointed until NOW! I also used to get free updates and reports about car diving history and unused to be able to remotely unlock my car using the ONSTAR app. Just come to find out, onstar has discontinued their app and now rerouted to Cadillac app for all these features to be paid for monthly or a yearly basis!! This is ludicrous considering how expensive our premiums are already! I’m very disappointed and this is probably why GM stock continues to decline and not offer the best customer experience! Our other vehicle is a Tesla and their is currently nothing that matches their utmost excellence in customer service and FREE features available to the customer! That is why Tesla is now currently the number one auto manufacturer in the world with stocks grazing above $500 a share! GM....you ought to get your act together and revert to offer your customers the best client experience if you want to continue to succeed in the auto industry or face the ramifications of prior auto manufacturers who are declining rapidly! This will be a main reason for our family NOT to continue purchasing another GM vehicle when this last lease is up! Very sad !

Cadilac app/Onstar app

Never get locked out lost or forget where I left my car easier than a phone call when you get old and forgetful stuff that help you remember being able to send directions to my car before I’m even in the car took navigation to the next level. Saved me more time than I can count and one of the few things in life that should be free and ones that aren’t would be worth every penny being its free makes you think of all the garbage you have to pay for this is a everyday multi use app for a guy who stil wishes it was 1980 and had a beeper things like this make life a little easier better than a self driving car app.
