About the membership:

• Most classes are a blend of weight lifting and Pilates-inspired movements. Each class includes pre and post-workout mobility and breathwork to improve nervous system regulation.

• We create a customized homepage with your workouts for the week. Workout on our 3, 4, or 5x/week tracks, or choose travel or mini options.
• Build a nutrition plan to fuel your fitness by swiping through our Nutrition Guides created by Registered Dietitians.
• Follow an extensive Prenatal program led by Dr. Shannon, who taught five new weekly classes throughout her pregnancy.
• Track your classes taken, and get reminders when it's time for a Reset Week.
• Take charge of your music with popular music over each class. Change the station or adjust the volume of the music and instructor to your liking.
• Add cardio with our weekly low- and high-intensity cardio classes.

The complete package

I adore this fitness program! It’s the only app I’ve found that checks every box - I know all my muscles will be worked evenly and in a timely manner, using moves that are comfortable (specifically not hurting my sensitive knees or engaging my overactive upper traps). Cardio is scheduled in. Rest is scheduled in and actively encouraged. I also just love their vibe - the classes are reminiscent of pilates in the instructors’ calm thoughtful manner (I choose to not listen to the playlist) while still being serious lifting.

When I’d make my own routine, I would get so frustrated trying to navigate condescending fitness content online that I’d regularly stop weightlifting all together and just do pilates even though that’s not enough for me anymore. Or I would do too much cardio and aggravate a long standing knee-injury. Or I would completely ignore certain muscle groups while overdoing others. I’ve never managed to create the simple, well rounded fitness routine of my dreams, even when I temporarily stopped using Evlo and tried to program something similar on my own to save money.

The mental freedom and reclaimed free time I’ve gotten from sticking with Evlo is such a gift. I enjoy the classes and am confident that following this program long term will set me up for great health down the line. No overhead presses, burpees, or heavy squats needed!

The BEST workout platform + team

I grew up super athletic and continue to work out through my young adulthood. It wasn’t until I started having injuries and joint issues that I realized I needed to needed to change. I ended up breaking my toe and had to take some time off. I couldn’t do high impact workouts like I had been doing, and I had followed Evlo for a bit. I decided to start the free trial and haven’t looked back. The platform is so easy to use and has so much incredible content. The price is super fair for what they give you and is really customizable. I love the option to have music or use my own. The sequencing of the program has made it so that I can consistently follow it every single week. I actually just went to Yosemite and felt so much stronger because of this program and the way that we train our muscles through it. I’ve consistently gone up in weights and have easily been able to track my progress through the platform. I can feel the difference in my body and my mind and my nervous system, and it’s amazing how much I have absorbed from the team’s coaching and can talk about with others as well. I am a little bit obsessed and share about how life-changing this is with so many others now. Thank you to everyone at Evlo!

Best workout program out there!

I love the Evlo program so much and recommend it strongly. For me personally, it has made an incredible difference. I didn’t work out very consistently for most of my 20s or 30s (just sporadic months doing cardio, home videos, or gym visits with other periods with nothing) and I experienced severe lower back pain post child birth (also attributed to injuries earlier in life). PT sessions significantly decreased this pain so I learned that resistance training would be important to manage the pain, but I wasn’t consistent post-PT at the clinic. I certainly didn’t have a plan for my weight training. I have now been doing Evlo consistently 4-5 times a week for a full 6 months. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with weight training in my life and the first time I’m seeing significant gains. And my back pain is almost completely gone! The workouts are so short, they are perfectly programmed so you hit muscle growth full body, they incorporate exercises I love, the instructors are great, you can do them at home with minimal equipment, and most importantly they are taught by DPTs using gentle consistency to support progressive overload. I just can’t say enough about how glad I am to have found this program and how much I recommend it!
