Effective, works great
Use the app to operate remote garage door opener. Connectivity is good and app allows one to see If the door is opened, closed, time it was operated, as well as notification of the door being left opened for a lengthy period of time. Two thumbs up!
It’s pretty good, but need a couple improvements
Two things need improvement, neither too big of a deal. But in newer iPhones you swipe up from the bottom to close the app. This is right where the button to open or close the garage door is, so sometimes when I swipe up to close the app it will open or close my garage door. And the open and close doesn’t work as good as it should. It works but sometimes I have to hit the button 3 or 4 times to get it to work. This may be the opener Controller I’m using instead of the app.
Works! But…
Good app but for some reason it asks for your location every time you run it. Don’t know why they need that, especially for a garage door- so I shut it off. I also shut off photographs access and camera access once my display photos were chosen. Just be careful -but it does work.
