Reset password every time

The app is great however I am having the same issue as the user stated 4 years ago. Each time I try to sign in I’ve had to reset my password. At every login in says that my email or password is incorrect and then I have to reset my password via email. Please help me.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Please remember that you must first create a username and password using the desktop application, and this username and password, would then be used to login to the app. You can reset your password with the desktop application by using the "forgot password" function, and then attempt to login to the app. If you continue having problems, please contact: csexamprep@springerpub.com

This app has been really wonderful in helping me to make progress, as I am studying for my LCSW. My issue for the last few weeks is that I have to keep creating a new password when I try to log in through the app. Once I go in and change it through my email, I can access my account through my email (after clicking the link in the email), but not when I am trying to log in through the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Didn’t see a place to provide feedback or get help on the app, so I figured I’d put it here. It’s a really great app though, from what I have seen!!!

You can’t even log into this app. It’s gives you the false illusion that you can have it mobile access it. Sometimes the log in page will come up and if it does then you get a blank screen
