It’s not working

I just bought the device I had one before but had to get a new one and it’s not working for my phone at all and I don’t know how to upgrade it or fix it I have iOS 11 I think it has something to do with that but I didn’t buy this just not to use it for its purpose I need some serious help or I want my money back

The problem is when I connect it said trust computer I hit it and nothing happens I tried turning my phone off and back on and nothing still the trust computer part didn’t even pop up any more and it won’t let me upgrade to the newer firmware version for the device my phone won’t pick it up

Useless and frustrating

I purchased the lightning digital AV adapter to be able to view my iPad content onto my Sony TV. Once I followed the directions and connected everything I get a message to download this app to make the dongle work so I do. Unfortunately, after trying repeatedly to get the system functioning I finally resort to reading all of the fine print with the app and it requires that the iPad and TV be on the same network. My TV is hardwired to my router while my iPad is on a wireless signal, this is why I needed the adapter in the first place and didn’t just go with a screen casting app in the first place. That I was forced to download a useless app after purchasing a product that was supposed to bypass that very issue is beyond frustrating

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please first connect in Plug&play mode, you could switch mode by press the hole on dongle.
Please do firmware upgrade of your dongle to make sure EZCast firmware is latest version.
Firmware upgrade steps demo video please refer to our official website FAQ: www.ezcast.com/service/qamessenger
We suggest press the button/hole on the dongle around 5 seconds to do reset, and please also reboot your phone then try it again.

It’s not working for iPhone 6s Plus

The app EZCast is still at 85% of my process request. The connect option isn’t doin anything on the EZCast; it’s not connecting the device to the tv. I bought the Miraplug and download the app EZCast and it is not working for my iPhone 6s Plus. The “trust the computer” sign does not pop up. When I connect the MiraPlug to my phone, it’s just charging my phone. The app is no help. The MiraPlug device is not working at all, I’m just really disappointed that I bought the MiraPlug and downloaded the app EZCast and did nothing/ not working for my phone. I really wish it did work because I would love to use the product and the app too.
