Facebook used to be amazing. Now it’s mostly ads. They tried to create an algorithm where you have visibility of the same group of people over and over, it’s VERY boring. Their reels platform was actually getting pretty cool because they paid content creators to come over, but then when things started going well, they stopped paying them. They refused to ever monetize my account because I posted a video with a watermark, 15 videos back. Their appeal process is horrible and they have literally zero customer service. They “shadow ban” you if you post a link or share a news story so no one actually has visibility unless they search for it on my page. They grossly limit freedom of speech, esp for LGBTQ and other minority groups. They layered in so many things it got confusing, messenger is it’s own app, but reels is not, making reels difficult to share. Their system in wonky and hard to maneuver through, you get used to it, but the whole time your think “why?”. It has some value for older people to stay in touch, that’s the only good thing I can say. Like an abandoned amusement park, it used to be fun, but now it’s rusty and outdated.

My feed has been completely dominated by ads and pages I do not follow, I got almost 2 thousand people added but barely see posts from them on my feed, just as I am aware my posts barely show to other people as well, likely a shadow ban as no post have the same reach as it used to have years ago. It doesn't even matter if I try to manually search for someone and interact, the feed is 90% pages I do not follow and often stuff that I don't even care about.

Once in a while the app glitches, notifications are not reliable and sometimes don't show you comments people have made. Other times it takes hours to notify you of something.

I've seen too many content that go against the community standards being accepted, which I reported and Facebook seemed to be okay with it because they say nothing was wrong about them. The review team is useless and biased, I already got banned from Facebook for telling jokes or talking about video games and the review team didn't care at all about any context, if there's one word they don't like it's bye bye. Not to mention when I criticized a movie few years ago and got banned without any explanation or even a chance for appeal to the decision. But when a friend of mine who is autistic got offended and received threats from a random dude, she was the one getting a restriction on her account and not the aggressor.

So I made my payments for my page but this is slowing my business activity and sells the page link is still broken. I have a number of listings for what you guys have done to my freedom of speech and privacy. In all fairness besides myself meta needs to understand people use this app for their livelihood . To remove an account you can not get certain memories back you guys do not do Polaroid photos. This is the next generation you need to humble your platforms demographics. Freedom of speech is taken out of an American platform that is incorporated and makes money off of the government? Not only is your platform taking my money by my musics sells. You guys are warping what people have an opportunity to see. If you have the correct guidelines as means of support I almost lost my entire portfolio with this app. Start at your base and start from scratch you think of the email . Ok if you are unwilling to secure a communication for me to others at least correct parental advisory I understand sales and marketing. You’d like to keep a steady flow. I was referred by someone that was a sports agent and university graduates do not play games with the law! You guys have compromised so many of my accounts along with outlook, google, Silicon Valley youth who got hold of technology are actually messing with someone like me in there age bracket that had an email probably before them and I am black! At the age of 31 All it takes is one lawyer.
