Factor_ Prepared Meal Delivery 4+

I picked factor because they allowed me to view the menus before having to add my credit card. That was the major selling factor for me honestly. Why should I have to put in my credit card and join something whether or not I’m going to know I’m going to like the meals? so I decided to join because I am disabled, and these came recommended to me in order to control my blood sugar. Well, I have to say that the meals are fantastic, they are all made to prepare fresh, there is no food prep involved at all. Some would say that maybe they look like TV dinners, but they absolutely are not to be mistaken for those unhealthy fatty types of foods. These are very healthy and very tasty. I’ve learned that if I’m having problems with the taste of the meal, the overall lack of spiciness or other type of flavor I’ve just purchased some low-fat condiments and added those to the meals to spice them up a little bit. these are very healthy and they’re very affordable. They save me tons of money and Rosie food. I’m so happy I found factors 75. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. We always have a nice hot meal at the end of the day, which is wonderful.

I ordered my first box and when it was delivered 2 weeks later after much anticipation, 3 out of 8 meals I ordered were fully missing from the box. I was super disappointed that they couldn’t just send me the missing meals and all they could do was refund me. I feel like there should be some other actual food replacement option where if menu items aren’t available for whatever reason you can sub for something else that they do have. That’s not currently an option. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the quality of food and seasoning is pretty good from the 1 meal I tried so far. Just wish I had enough of them for the week and a third of my order wasn’t missing and unable to be replaced. I ended up canceling my subscription but later got an email with a notice about certain meals being unavailable and a $5 credit due to the missing meals. That is nice I guess though still not the ideal resolution. I don’t know why they don’t just offer other meals as replacements instead of just leaving customers without meals. If the rest of what I did get tastes incredible I’d consider giving them one more shot, but the missing food is not good for meal planning and makes me feel they aren’t reliable enough for that. Wish I knew how common these issues are like if it’s a fluke or if this would be a weekly issue.

The food is hands down really good and can accommodate different diets. However the app is frustrating to use. It’s not smooth moving around the app at all. If you hit the back button on a page it takes you back to the main screen and not the previous page. When your meals are ordered for the next week you can go view it on the main screen, it takes you to the orders history tab with a different layout. It’s sometimes difficult to edit your meals and save it.

Also, my biggest gripe is that you cannot view meals you have rated. I just finished speaking with customer service where they confirmed there is no way to view this on the app or website. They were able to pull a list of meals showing as my favorites that they said is used for the auto meal references for upcoming weeks. However that list is inaccurate. It was missing meals I love or always order and almost everything on the list I did not like (short list). So when you rate meals….it’s all for nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️. I was told to look at my order history to see what I ordered in the past (at least 10 weeks worth of meals) and remember what I liked/disliked 🙄. Other meal boxes have this option for the customer to review at any time without contacting support. This helps with future orders. For the amount of money spent the app and website should be better.

I’ll be writing down which meals I like in the mean time if I choose to stick with them.
