The app is great and is really easy to use. Recently however it’s gives an error(Alert! Some error occurred. Please try again later.) and won’t allow logins. All my other apps work, except this one app. Can someone take a look at the issue to help resolve? Thanks ! 🙂

A let down for an “improved app”. They took away the ability to check-in for shots which is frustrating but even more so, it doesn’t show a barcode to scan. Both features the old app had even though it didn’t retain your login and didn’t have Face ID. They need to get this remedied asap. Until then it’s basically only a reference for shot history. Easier to make a phone call. And I can’t imagine how frustrating this is for the shot nurses to manually check-in all of us who depended on the app and don’t carry a little card to scan.

Please fix the bugs on here because i cant scan my phone when i get my allergy shots i dont like carrying my card in afraid to lose it and i cant sign in at all and if u dont fix it everyone with same problem will just keep comement about it til you fix it. Fix it as soon as possible I am having same problems and I don’t like it when you don’t fix when people ask u too .

I used to be able to check in with the app, but that feature was taken away. Now, my shot history is gone, and I can’t keep track of when I had my last allergy shot. The app is getting less and less useful.
