Family Allergy & Asthma’s patient app puts many great features in the palm of your hand. From your mobile device, you can now:
-Scan-in for allergy shots
-View current pollen counts
-Request prescription refills
-View appointment notes
-Request an appointment
-Send us a message
-Pay your bill
To access all of the features, a Patient Portal account is needed. If you have yet to receive a username and password for the Portal, ask at the front desk or call 800.999.1249.
- OpenEdge (a secure payment gateway) is now integrated into the app where patients can process their credit card and check payments and can also save their credit cards in the system.
- Minor bug fixes.

I love this app! Not only does it provide me with my shot scan code, but I have access to my bills and doctors appointments! The only thing that needs to be fixed is that even though I press the “remember me” button I still have to sign in every time.
Unless you live in KY, this does you no good.
