Fun but puzzling

King’s Cross is a novel puzzle game, which I have enjoyed as a chess player. Double move bonus is not worth making any extra moves, but keeping 2 squares open near the king will generally help you be more efficient.

Paid contest model makes no sense unless you are the very best player at a game (and maybe not even then). I had my first tie in Wheel today, and it turns out the winnings are split in this case, making both players net losers (I’d rather get a refund, like a push in betting).

I hope there might be innovation so that it actually makes sense to keep playing paid contests. Also, it would be nice to see, for a specific puzzle, say, the few top scores from players, rather than just the top/average of oneself and the opponent over all puzzles, as they vary by difficulty, etc.

100% Chance You Won’t Win

First off, please do not fall for the 4.7 rating, it is a complete lie. There is absolutely no way real customers are giving this app that high of a rating. Any rating of four or five stars is without a doubt fabricated by AI or the people at FanDuel Faceoff. It’s really not that hard to tell lol.

Second, before you think about downloading this app, take a second and do your own research and look up to see how many real people have made posts on social media about how they’ve won money from playing on this app. A little hint: you won’t find anything, and that’s bc this app won’t let real customers actually win. All the money deposited into this app is kept by FanDuel. Anyone who is naive enough to think that people at FanDuel would play by the rules and be fair, are kidding themselves. People love to celebrate when winning, and you can’t find it anywhere on social media or online of folks saying “I won $20 from FanDuel Faceoff today!” Nothing. I find that very odd tbh.

And thirdly, there is absolutely no oversight for these apps, at least not yet. These apps are stealing millions on lies and false advertisement. Yes, I thought that was against the law as well. But when the people who are supposed to be enforcing the law are getting a piece of the pie, well it’s not that difficult to see why they’ve been getting away with it for so long.

Scam and Money Grab. Delete it Don’t get sucked in.

Stay away from this!!!!!!!! Games are fun and fair in the legal sense. You’ll do fine at first. You will play weak competition and break even and maybe win a little. Eventually, when you master the games you will play “people??” who are absolutely unbeatable. You will have no chance unless you devote a huge amount of time. And that won’t be enough. It got to point were I would set my record score and still lose. I could not have played better in wheel of fortune countless times, getting quadruple at 1000, never playing the 500, working maximum possible score and I would still lose time and time again. Always tight. Always just not enough. It’s horrible nightmare. You will be paired with “people” who memorize and master the puzzles and do it all day. IT IS LIKE A PYRAMID AS YOU GET BETTER YOUR COMPETITION BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE AND ONLY FANDUEL AND A FEW SELECT SAVANTS (OR BOTS) AT THEIR RESPECTIVE GAMES WILL PICK EVERYONE OFF. I only did it in first place because credit card is free and it allowed me if I broke even to transfer funds to Sportsbook. I’d be happy if I broke even. Stay away from this horrible cash grab app. Absolute worst.
