Most annoying security features ever

After 3 years of pretty good service, over 6 figures of money put into the app. I’m constantly being locked out of my account where I have to change my password, no one can seem to give any real reason why it started happening and continues to happen. I tried to go through customer service, and ask it be escalated, so we can figure out a long term solution. Even stating that if I receive the same generic response as always, I would just simply leave the service and move to Ceaser’s, well obviously they don’t care. Because that’s exactly what they did, always closing out my tickets, closing out the chat, and I’m tired of changing my password 100 times . But their response was I should use one device only, but I have only used one device and they should be able to see that. But customer service in this day, is work from home, and it’s get the customer off the line ASAP so they can go back to watching TV I guess . Sad after putting over 100k in an app you can’t even get basic customer service or talk to a supervisor.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Since June i’ve been trying to get verified on this app and every time I talk to customer service, they say the same thing. Pretty much a generic response that’s not really answering my question at all. When I put my information in on the verification screen it says we cannot verify you. I let them know that I’ve tried every combination of my name and address. I’ve tried every address that I’ve ever lived at and still somehow it is saying that my information is wrong. I have let customer support know about this multiple times now and all they have to say is that they go through a third-party company to verify all users. But they will not tell me who that third-party is or how I can contact them to see what information they have on file for me. I’ve been told by three different customer support agents that I should go to my county clerks office to see what information they have for me on file there. I literally went to the county clerks office and showed them the email of FanDuel stating that I should go there. and they laughed in my face and said they can’t help me. So at this point, it is looking completely helpless. I just want to be able to use the app but for some reason, FanDuel will not help me get verified. So if you are a new user, I suggest you steer clear of this app and go somewhere else where they actually care about getting you started. They do not care about helping new users get started.!

I can assure you that you DO NOT want to waste your money on this TERRIBLE SITE!! I made my way to this supposed VIP Status!! My VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER ( ERIC GASTON) was one of the most rude ignorant people that you could ever deal with!! Any time I ever asked this man for anything he denied the request. The free play money is absolutely terrible when you dump thousands upon thousands of dollars Into the site!! Then I proceed to messege my supposed VIP account manager and I ask him how I go about taking a breather because the site was taking more money then I’m comfortable with and that I wanted to take a look into taking a little break!! I ask if he was able to apply my free play money for the week that I was getting for depositing so much and what does he do??? He reports my account and they block me from the site and burn me on the money that was supposed to be rightfully given to me!! Not to mention when you first start playing on here you magically win left and right on the slots and as soon as they hook you in the wins suddenly disappear and you just become a donor week after week after week after week!!!! My recommendation would be try somewhere else before you waste your time or money on this horrible site!! I have no idea how the sports betting side is maybe that’s better but as far as the slots and that whole side of it STAY AWAY!! You will lose piles of money and you will be treated like a pile of trash TRUST ME!!!
