Ratings and Reviews
App continues to crash without notice. Using it is like a rush to find what you are looking for before the app crashes. I have my Fastcase account through my bar membership and I hate having to use the internet app on my iPhone and iPad to do legal research when I have the Fastcase app on both devices. I hope that they will fix this issue soon as I am seeing reviews from years ago stating that the app crashes without notice. A simple update to fix this bug would make this app so much better.
Good app for research
Overall, it’s is a decent app. It provides good research results - quick & efficient. However, it crashes often. You will be in the middle of your research, reading a case or statute and it will just close. No warning. Then you have to log back in with your user ID and password. That is time consuming and a basic pain. It has happened to me repeatedly. It is a bug that needs to be fixed. If fixed, I’d give the app a 5.
When will the bugs be fix to stop the site from crashing? Every 5 minutes, I get kicked off. I’m now copying and pasting into notes just to review cases. Please fix:) thanks! I love the use, just hate the hassle.
