Beyond frustrating

I have had more problems with this app than any other app and I have a bunch! I CONSTANTLY have to call and get help. Now today it kicks me out and says session over right after I sign on. I’ve turned my phone off and on and deleted the stupid app and downloaded it again and it still does it! There’s more bugs in this app than an entomologists laboratory!! Get your $?;! together Oklahoma fidelity!!!

It’s ok

The new and improved app doesn’t contain some of the best features of the old app. While it still makes transferring a breeze and allows for easy viewing of transactions, it no longer has an instant text feature. It was nice to see exactly, via text, when a debit card transaction went through and it doesn’t have that option any longer. It also does not have the feature to “turn off” a card. This feature was nice when my card was missing. It gave peace of mind to lock it, so it couldn’t be used in the event someone had it. The new app does not have that and I feel it should.
