I love my fidelity youth account.

I really like fidelity and plan on using this brokerage for the rest of my life, I opened an account for myself so I could invest into ETF’s fidelity made this very easy for me. The app is extremely easy to navigate and the visual appeal of the app is excellent. Managing my money is extremely easy as well, I get a free debit card with ATM reimbursements that I plan on using a lot later in life. I love how fidelity has no fees and good customer service. As a teenager this is definitely the best brokerage for me. Ideas for the Fidelity Youth program: Give us checks please, More statistics and information displayed for funds/stocks, Maybe make forums or a page on the app for youth users to comment on funds and stocks it would be cool to see other youth user’s opinions, maybe even a review/rating system that users can use, Maybe also let us configure the fidelity youth app design, for example we could change the background color, Maybe fidelity can do merch and money giveaways for youth users. Could we also get more ways to earn money (more surveys, more learning options, ETC). There could be challenges and goals we could reach and than we could get money as well.

Crazy amounts of bugs, please fix

Let me start by saying i’m sorry for the 1 star review and will happily remove it if things get fixed but i needed to get dev attention. I’m having a repeated problem where i’ll go to sell shares, and it will offer me far less than the market for a market order, it gets to the point where i will have 10 shares, each share a buck up, and it will claim i’m negative. Please fix this as i’ve loved being able to invest but it’s wrecking my profits. Also, this app needs to have a stop loss, it has a take profit but as a teen who is in school i can’t watch it all the time and there is no way to sell if it gets bellow a certain point, which is very dangerous. This bug is far more minor but all the profit counters and such are wrong always, i have to go in and calculate myself to figure out if i’m up or down. This last one may not be under your control but I like to day trade stocks, and every time i make a transaction my money i used for it gets locked for 2 days until it “settles” this may be the banks but if you have any control over it please fix it! it’s very frustrating to have $1000 in an account and be able to interact with none of it for 2 days because i made some trades. Thank you for your time, please take these into account.

edit: it also likes to cut off part of the daily chart, not the worst thing ever but if you’re not careful and just see the graph you can enter into a bad trade because you don’t know what it really is

This is one of the greatest money/debit card sources for young kids. The tiniest thing I would maybe suggest changing is the only being able to auto save to 1 bucket. I think it should be as many as you want. Other than that, great app for saving money and teaching your teen money skills. Would Recommend!
