First Command Bank MobileCommandTM has unveiled a new look and improved functionality for mobile banking. The redesigned mobile app will have a new menu bar, as well as a carousel of pages for you to flip through. We have also included enhanced features for biometrics and laid the foundation for future display of investment and insurance products.

Klunky & Unreliable
This app does a decent job of showing account info for the last 30 days. But viewing all transactions = app hang up that can only be resolved by closing/re-opening the app. And mobile deposit hardly works... even after 6 attempts! Upgrades are definitely needed.
Hate it - better off on desktop.
I do not enjoy the new app at all. I had no issues with the previous app because it worked well. Now, I can see my recent transactions, but when I attempt to look at ALL transactions, it brings me to a huge webpage that looks like I should be on a desktop to view it. Even in landscape view, I cannot see what I want and I am forced to scroll side to side and up/down to be able to view what I need. It is not convenient. It is not pleasant and it is almost worth the effort to change banks to get a better mobile experience.
The same issue occurs when you attempt to pay a bill. You are better off using your desktop as the mobile app brings you there anyway. It does not scale to the smaller screen size of a mobile phone. I have read reviews from those that complained about the screen being too small and did not fit the larger phones. It is just the opposite. It is too big and does not scale.
Development should have tested this app a little more prior to roll out. It should not have been released.
Not all progress is good
I hate this new app-it's so aggravating. Reading the reviews, I believe the app developers see something completely different than the users. First, I can't even find the place to activate the fingerprint reader. Second, if I Choose send money, there is no SUBMIT button-my only option is cancel. Sometimes I can get lucky by tapping the middle of the screen and it will progress to another page that allows me to finish the transaction-other times it just times out. If I use PopMoney, the only options on the app are Person or Charity - no bank, credit card, etc... I've tried deleting and reloading, I've deleted cookies and tomorrow I have a rep calling me to help find solutions. While I do appreciate that piece-I shouldn't have to take 30 minutes out of my day to maybe fix problems that never existed! The old app was great - lets go back to it!!

We apologize that the app is aggravating. For the fingerprint reader, please ensure your phone has the capability. When sending money, you should not see a submit button. You should select a payment option (electronic or check) to advance to the next page. For PopMoney, you will need to add your bank information under Preferences.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
