Makes my life so easy

My closest first common wealth since I moved out of the area is an hour away and the app just makes my life easier, the drive there..? Nope don't need to I got the app, put my paycheck in if my job doesn't have direct deposit and it works right away. Checking account balance without needing to call a number, yup the app has got it. Lost my card? Don't need to call a phone number either I can disable my card through the app!! Amazing if you ask me..

Too many broken links. I can’t even pay a bill online because of it. If the physical branch wasn’t literally located right next to my apartment, I’d probably would’ve already found a way to change my accounts to another local credit union.The app itself is way too busy. It’s feels like nothing more than a poorly transformed mobile version of a long form website. The user shouldn’t have to scroll past useless graphics just to see the most viewed information (the accounts & their respective balances). The app needs to be more streamlined in look and UE. There’s no reason to cram so much stuff onto one page when most users want to view a simple large font summary of account(s) information, while the details would be located intuitively by tapping on account/balance info line, or elsewhere, by tapping on static icons in an easy-to-read lower or upper bar menu, prominently placed on every page.On a separate note, I’m not sure why cash deposits or mobile check deposits aren’t available immediately like they are everywhere else I ever banked. They have outdated ATMs also, so this tells me a lot about why the app looks like it’s from over a decade ago.

For the last month to month and a half now the app will recognize my Face ID and then make me register my device. Every. Single. Time. Before anyone says oh hey just use the same device I do. It is my personal cell phone and I can’t do anything on the app in a quick fashion anymore because of whatever software update needs to be done. I asked about it weeks ago and they said it’d be a few days. At this point I’m debating moving back to my other bank account for a primary since the issue hasn’t been resolved. Other than that it’s pretty great but I don’t want to take 5 minutes to check my balance or transfer money.

I found no discrepancies or inaccuracies. In fact I wish they could have more information regarding transactions. Be cool to see a receipt if there was one available; but, I suppose that streets other direction could mean embarrassing or maybe even incriminating trails left. But in this post-truth age of spin so could anything left behind by anyone, anywhere. *puts down j*9/10 Would recommend.
