Easy to use
I like the app and the mobile deposit feature- my only suggestion for the app and the website is to allow payments to loans and share accounts from other financial institutions besides pop money. It’s time to move into this decade. Nobody wants to mail a payment anymore.
Awful, a big step backwards
As mentioned by other reviewers, this “improved“ version of the app is horrible. It no longer allows access to linked accounts, such as children’s, and their recommendation is to enable PC access for each of those individual accounts to gain access in the app. Not only is this a pain and a bit of a security risk, it also requires you to constantly sign out and back into the app to get access to different accounts. This completely defeats the ability to use touch ID to log in in the first place. It’s a mess. The old app was 100 times better.

We need a whole new app NOW! We are on 2019 when you can almost do anything from a app, I want to make my payments easier and be able to use debit or credit cards to make a payment immediately. I need 80% of the bank available on my phone like many other bank apps like Wells Fargo. Please this bank has the potential to become the best of the best in 2019 with this and others improvements like new Desktop website and better app with all the info Of your account and many others options. Please listen to your customers is the only way to success.
