Deposits not going through
I have been using this app for a long time and know all the steps and procedures very well. I am also very careful about doing the steps correctly. However, recently two of my checks were not deposited. One for $1200 that was needed to cover a mortgage payment. First Financial is saying that it never went through and I know for a fact that I went through all the steps correctly and that I submitted the check for 1200. The second one for $293 was not deposited because of an “unclear” image. I do not live near my bank so rely on this app for important deposits. Very disappointed
